At heart, I’m a lifelong nerd who fell in love with nature, the elements, and the profound intelligence of the vast and diverse ecosystem we get to call our home. In 2021, my first master plant dieta with tobacco in Peru opened a door I can’t unsee—to plant consciousness, deep healing, and what becomes possible inside an intentional container. Since then, I’ve dieted with many plant allies, and once you start listening… they tend to show up fast. Consider yourself warned!

I studied herbs in textbooks and classes for over a decade, but plant dietas changed everything. They took me beyond the science and protocols and into direct relationship. I’ve laughed, cried, faced uncomfortable truths, yet found myself supported every step of the way—by these plants that felt like wise, patient, and unconditionally loving friends. Those experiences reshaped me. I’m endlessly grateful for the medicine, clarity, and courage they’ve brought into my life.

Choosing just 12 plants for this book wasn’t easy. Think of this as an invitation—a starting place to meet a few powerful allies, some of whom may already be growing near you. My hope is that this guide helps you listen more deeply, trust your intuition, and begin your own relationship with the plants.
